COURSERA WEEK 2


In the second week, we will learn about greetings & introduction
In english we usually say good morning, good afternoon, good nights, etc
But in Korean we only say 안녕하세요 or anyeonghaseyo
In english, when we want to call someone we call her/him with first name then family name. But in Korean, we call him or her with family name then first name
How to introduce yourself :
안녕하세요 , 저는 저스틴 에요
(annyeonghaseyo jeoneun jeoseutin eyo)
Hello, I am Justin
Note:
Ø  If your name have final consonant you should use 이에요 ( ieyo )
Ø  If your name doesn’t have final consonant you can use 예요 ( yeyo )
How to say nice to meet you :
만나서반가워요.
(mannaseo bangawoyo)

Nice to meet you
If you want to respon it you can add ( nee )
How to ask nationality
저스틴 , 노는 나라 사람이에요 ?
(jeoseotin ssi, neoneun nara saramieyo)

How to ask someone’s occupation

In the first week, we learn about syntax, korean alphabet including vowels and consonant.

In english we usually use S + V + O, but in korean we use S + O + V
                Example :
